ALTADENA, CALIF. – March 2, 2010 – Perfect Market announced today that it has promoted Sheigh Crabtree to Vice President of Audience Development. An early innovator in online journalism and digital media marketing, Crabtree joined Perfect Market in February 2009 as Director of Content Development.

Prior to joining Perfect Market, Crabtree was News & Programming Director for Entertainment at LATimes.com, where she oversaw five of the site's top 10 performing blogs, in addition to overseeing TheEnvelope.com, the Los Angeles Times' premier Oscar and awards site. In 2008, she served as Deputy Commissioner on a Get Out the Vote effort organized through MyBarackObama.com for the California for Obama campaign. Earlier, from 2000 to 2006, she was New Media Editor at the Hollywood Reporter, where she also served as film reporter and penned the weekly Cinema Technology column. There, Crabtree's efforts earned her the Robert Wise Award for Outstanding Journalism.
